As Executive Director,
Mercedes uses her diverse experience
in Aviation, Business and Entrepreneurship to build a team of industry professionals capable of turning
your event plans into a reality.
She started her career as
a FAA Licensed Aircraft Mechanic,
and while earning piloting experience
she grew a love for Maintenance Planning & Logistics.
She built her Corporate experience as a Project Manager for various Financial Education Establishments,
and built FLEUR OCCASIONS from a hobby
to a full-service Event Management Group that executes Corporate, Social & Charity affairs...
She's a mother of three beautiful girls, whose names all start with M like her, and whose hair is almost as big
as her afro! She's a family-Woman, an Entrepreneur, an investor, and a forward-thinker...
She's addicted to Sushi,
loves watching all 9 seasons of 'The Office' repeatedly,
and enjoys dancing!
